Saez Automation ("we," "us," or "our") provides automation services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information we collect
When you submit our onboarding form or sign up for our services, we collect: business name, service type, website URL, and business hours; your name, email address, and phone number; and any additional information you choose to provide in optional fields.

When you use our lead-response service for your business, we process information about your customers — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the content of their inquiries — solely to deliver the automated response service you've contracted us for. We do not own this customer data; it belongs to you as our client.

How we use your information
To set up and operate the automation systems you've requested; to communicate with you about your account and service; to improve and troubleshoot our service; to send billing and account-related notices. We do not sell your information or your customers' information to third parties.

Third-party services
To deliver our service, we use trusted third-party providers, including Anthropic (to generate automated responses), Make.com (to run automation workflows), Google (for email and data storage), and Twilio (for SMS delivery, where applicable). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Data retention
We retain business and lead data for as long as your service is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jared@saezautomation.com.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, including using secure, reputable third-party providers and limiting access to data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
